Inspired by a conversation in the story "Alice in Wonderland" between Alice and the Cheshire Cat where Alice asks for direction to anywhere.  This painting presents a story-like "SOMEWHERE" that is as easy to get to as anywhere else.  

Multiple glazes of vibrant colors give this painting a dreamlike memory of being on a beach looking out across a limitless horizon to a distant somewhere shrouded by misty watercolor clouds and the haze of an approaching storm.
